I just bought my blackshark V2 x on shope online. When i want to register it says “This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" . Please, need help. Thanks!

There’s a high possibility that you have purchased a counterfeit device. Let me double-check just to be sure. Please send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the registration.
