So i just bought the blackshark V2 X couple of days ago, and i got it today. I was trying to register it in my account so i can get surround sound but when i tried to do it, it keep saying it have already been registered. What should i do?

There’s a high chance that your Razer BlackShark V2 X is a counterfeit, but I’ll double-check it just to be sure. Where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
