My blackshark v2 x is already registered when i just bought it

i was registering my blackshark v2 x and i just bought it 2 days ago but when i tried registering it the website told me that the product is already registered if you did not register it please contact razer support and i need the actiivation code for the 7.1 surround app

    Hello Arcyia,

    Please PM with your headset's serial number and proof of purchase. I need to check if the reseller is authorized by Razer. You can upload the files to any online drive you like here. and share the link with me. Thanks a bunch!
