My Blackshark V2X headset does not accept product codes.

When I try to register my Blackshark V2X headset to Razer ID, it gives a product code error and does not accept it.

I understand you're having activation code issues with your Razer Blackshark V2 X. No worries, let me help you. Please send me a private message together with your device's serial number so I can check its details here in our system and assist your further. 

 

Also, please send me a photo of the error message that you see when entering your code so I can take a closer look. You can upload the photo to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
