My Blackshark v3 x hyperspeed volume scroll wheel wont turn up, and the power button wont power off the headset.

When i try to adjust the volume it wont work at both ends, The power button does work but only for pressing, (which is changing modes) but wont power off when holding the power button. I will provide 2 videos of the problem if i need to privately dm since the description doesn't take videos, Thank you

I am having the same issue. The headset is connected to a Xbox-one. The dongle is connected via usb-c to usb adapter since the Xbox-one does not have an usb-c port. 
 

any fix or recommendation would be greatly appreciated.
