My blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed won't turn on or charge

My keyboard ran out of power right before I went on a week long trip. When I came back, I immediately charged it by plugging the usb-c wire in and the other end to my razer laptop. Usually the keyboard lights up red when I do this but this time it didn’t. I let it charge thinking the battery was just really dead but it is still not turning on or charging after a few hours. What should I do?

What should I do? 

    I also have this issue, I recently dug out my rig after not being able to play for just over a year. I finally got it all set up and when I went to use my key board I had no response even after plugging it in, no power light, I even tried doing a hard reset to no avail, tried different usb ports and nothing I’m kinda stuck. I haven’t even used it that much and can’t get razer support as it’s now out of warranty.
