My blackwidow v3 pro keys randomly just stop working and after spaming the keys 100 times they start working again.

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? You can also update your keyboard’s firmware. If that didn’t work, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for some troubleshooting steps along the way.
