My Blackwidow v4 75% not working anymore

Hello, all the keys on my blackwidow v4 75% (wired) are not registering anymore, except for Down Arrow and Right Arrow. The issue happened both in Window and in BIOS. I have updated the latest firmware (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20595), tried reinstall window device driver, and tried key combinations to hard reset the device. Sadly nothing works. Please help!

Let me help you with your concern. I understand that your Razer BlackWidow V4 75% keys stopped responding. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different computer to see if the problem persists? Were there any incidents that happened to your device prior to the issue? e.g. spilled liquid, etc. When did the issue start occurring?

Please try the steps below to isolate the issue:
1. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

Razer Synapse on the system tray

2. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.

3. Connect the keyboard to a different computer to check if the issue persists. This will help determine if it's a problem with the keyboard or the original device.
