My blackwidow v4 pros "S" key has a weird rgb issue as it shines with a little off set of colour

I understand that your Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro is showing a dim color or an off color with the S key. To fix the issue, please try to perform the steps below:

1. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
2. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
3. Get the latest Windows update.
4. Update the firmware of your keyboard if it is on the list.
5. Test if the issue happens with other color configuration.
6. Reset your keyboard's Razer Synapse profile.

7. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.

8. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
9. Check if the issue happens using a different Razer ID.
10. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
