My Blackwidow v4 (SPACE) key not working

Hello, I bought the keyboard 1-2 months ago, but it has not been pressing the (space) button for 2-3 weeks, it is pressing it twice, it is pressing normally. I did not drop the keyboard. What should i do..I'm having a hard time even writing this.Please help me

Additionally, let's check if Razer Synapse is causing the problem. Please close your Synapse using the instructions provided in this link. If the problem is resolved after closing Razer Synapse 3, consider doing a clean reinstall of the Razer Synapse Software by following the instructions found here.
