My blade is dead

Hi there, I recently thermal pasted the blade but it wouldn’t turn on after the procedure. Tried holding the power button but the white light flashes in the LED indicator and nothing happened afterwards. During turning on, it was connected to AC adapter. Any help will be appreciated. Cheers.

Does the LED indicator light up when you connect the charger to your laptop? In any case, we offer repair services for our systems. PM me your device serial number along with a copy of its proof of purchase so I can check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
