By the way this happened like 3 months ago it did not happen recently but one day i wanted to get some stuff off of amazon but when i tried to type in my PIN number all i got was hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh but i had windows hello paassword and then i logged in using my password insted after 2 minutes i got to annoyed so i shut down my laptop. The next day i turned on my laptop and it said Razer Recovery Mode i was shocked. but when i reset it up i was in Windows 10 Build 1507 from 2017! then i updated it almost 50 time and finally it went back to normal but i did not have my data anymore because my drive was wiped. Anyways Razer if this is a bug. Please fix it. i do not want that to happen again.
