My BRAND NEW CONTROLLER is not Detected in Razer Controller App

I have a Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition. I have it plugged into my PC. I’ve tried multiple ports. I’ve tried updating the app. I can confirm the controller works as I can use it in games. But I cannot customize it because when I open the app I am just told “Connect a Razer controller to get started”. I have unplugged and plugged it in. I have restarted my computer. I try pressing buttons on the controller. Nothing works.

 

When I first connected it to my PC, I opened Synapse, as I assumed I would customize it there. It showed up initially, then it prompted me to press the “Circle”, Menu, and A button at the same time. Then the thing disappeared from Synapse. Then I downloaded the app afterwards
