My brand new Razer DeathAdder v2 X Hyperspeed is jumping and flicking like crazy

My brand new Razer DeathAdder v2 X Hyperspeed is jumping and flicking like crazy, I tried cleaning It, i tried exiting all razer apps, the distance between the dongle and the mose is like 25-30 cm and the main part of the desk is between them but that part is thinn, like 2 cm, Sometimes the mouse is ok but sometimes it goes rogue just jumping selecting random things/slots when i am gaming, it’s making me die when i shoot, it just switches to utility/knife, I tried different surfaces, i tried direct sight to the dongle, it was still jumping and moving a bit, but it was like really small movements

Have you tried using it on a different surface? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
