My BW v3 PRO has the wrong dongle

Hello my BW V3 Pro has got the wrong dongle. I cannot connect the Keyboard through the 2.4 Ghz.

If I connect the 2.4ghz dongle it´s shown as Razer Viper Ultimate and not as a BW V3 Pro. The SN of the Dongle is DGRFG6, but for the BWv3pro it should be the DGRFG7. Can I change the bios/firmware of the dongle?

Please help me

Not possible to change the firmware. You must get dedicated dongle.

Is this a new keyboard? If yes, then contact seller, and go for a replacement.
