I bought my headset about 1 year ago on Amazon and now my charging suddendly stopped working… I dont know what I should do. I also tested other cables and it still wouldnt charge.
I also looked at the box and there is a sticker for a 2 year waranty. I also want to metion that the charging port looks fine and Im really frustrated.So what should I do now ?

It does seem that your headset is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your Amazon invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
