My code activation 7.1 Surround Sound is not working

I already use my code activation 7.1 Surround Sound in my pc, but I had to uninstall 7.1 Surround Sound razer app, and now my code activation is not working.

You've activated it once, and bound license to your Razer ID account. You should login to your Razer ID account on 7.1 surround app.

I bought a brand new Kraken tournament edition and I scratched the code off and it says my activation code is invalid.

I already use my code activation 7.1 Surround Sound in my pc, but I had to uninstall 7.1 Surround Sound razer app, and now my code activation is not working.
Hey! You no longer need to reactivate 7.1 Surround Sound using the code. It should automatically reactivate once you log in with the same Razer ID. Also, you may need to clean install the application to try to resync it with our servers. Feel free to send me a PM should you wish further assistance. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
