My code no works

When I tried to activate my code, a message appeared saying: “El código que has introducido no es válido. Inténtalo de nuevo” ("The code you used is not valid. Please try again."). May I get a new code?

What specific headset do you have? Did you receive the code via email after the registration process? Let me know via PM and include your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
