My Core X Isn't Working

Just purchased a Core X and am looking forward to using it. I installed my graphics card, plugged everything in, and flipped the switch, and ...nothing happened. Am I missing something here?

The card is a MSI Mech 2X Radeon RX 6600 8GB. I noticed there are two cables inside the Core X but my card only has one socket. Could that be the problem?

Please tell me I’m missing something obvious...

Hey Platinkreuz! Thanks for your interest in our products. However, the MSI Mech 2X Radeon RX 6600 8GB is not part of the compatible graphics card chipset with the Razer Core X. Please check this information under the device’s specification from this article. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

Why does this article say otherwise? Is this not the same product?

Update! Turns out my laptop (Lenovo X1 Carbon) had an issue where an Intel update bricked the Thunderbolt chip. Somehow this was causing my laptop to brick the Razer Core X every time I plugged it in. I finally figured this out and replaced the motherboard on my laptop. Razer graciously repaired my Core X three times(!). It’s working great now!
