I have had this problem for a while now, If I connect my mouse to charge it via usb c it forgets that it was ever wireless and I have to mess with it by turning it on and off and plugging and unplugging it to go back to wireless. But recently I cant fix it the usb dongle is just not being recongnised, I looked here at a thread and saw I might need to update my firmware and I tried and its not even recognised there.. So can anyone tell me how I can get my mouse to be wireless again?
