My Deathadder V2 pro can no longer connect

Question

When my Deathadder are connected wirelessly, she drops out every 3/4 of a second.when she is connected by wire, she connects and disconnects every 2 seconds.I don't even have time to use it.

Hi there, ​@Steel_Piaf!Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
