Please bear with me for a bit. Is the Razer logo on your mouse blinking? Can you also make sure that Bluetooth is activated on your laptop or device and check if your mouse is found under Bluetooth devices? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
