So my mouse just stopped working. I was using it at the exact moment it happened; it simply wouldn't work anymore. Now the blue light is static and it's drifting very slowly upwards, kind of to the left. I've tried everything: cleaned the sensor, changed the surface, tried it on another computer, tried reinstalling the drivers, and nothing.

Let me check on your mouse. Can you download the USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility and follow the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
