i bought a deathadder v3 pro .have not used it for sometime.the led indicator never turns on but other things works fine i updated to the latest firmware as well. now what to do?

Hey there,
Have you tried plugging it into a different power source? What about another cable? Please send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
