hi i hope someone from the support team can help me with this. Ive recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X off tiktok shop, and i wasnt aware that the seller has been registering their devices. i dont think ill be able to contact them since i dont think theyll care about my complaints. is there any way that you guys can reset the registration so i can connect to the 7.1 surround sound?

Please note that there isn’t an option to reset the device registration. That said, the activation code for the BlackShark V2 X should be included in the package and can usually be found inside the box.
If you received the package unsealed or the activation code is missing, I highly recommend reaching out to the reseller for assistance.
