My device is already registered

Hello, I bought a BlackShark v2 x today and I'm sure they're new and genuine. I have a receipt from an electronics store in my country. When I register, it says this product is already registered. Please help

Let me check the registration details on our end. Please send me a PM with the headset serial number and a clear copy of your store receipt or invoice. You can upload it to Google Drive and change the sharing setting to “Anyone with the link” so I can review it and verify if the reseller is listed as Razer’s authorized reseller. Thank you!
