Hi, my donggle is broken, I have a Barracuda Pro, so I can't update the drivers. Currently it works very poorly for me, to the point that I can no longer use it on PC.Do you know where I can buy one that ships to Argentina? or what solution can I have?

Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same dongle issue persists? If it does, then send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation.
