hi. after up updates razer center my nari ultimate lost connectivity to the dongle , i try dongle recovery but my computer does not recognize the dongle . therefore my dongle is brook
Remove the dongle, do a Synapse clean reinstall:



  • Uninstall Synapse

  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers

  • Then restart your PC

  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).



After these steps plug the dongle again (directly into motherboards USB port, USB 3.0 preferred or above).
i try but nothing . my nari when turn on the light is blue and twinkle . i try on another computer and nothing the dongle not responding
my transceptor usb ( dongle ) does not respond
Is it visible (dongle) in system device manager when you'll plug it in?
no , in system device manager nothing appears at all

Já fiz de tudo que eles disponibilizam para fazer, nada resulta, o mais estranho que foi depois da atualização que eles fixeram.
pois eu tambem ja desintalei tudo e nada continua tudo na mesma o problema nao é nosso é deles
