My dongle stopped connecting to PC, Deathadder V2 PRO

My USB dongle stopped connecting to the computer, there is a constant connection, disconnection from the PC, the dock is working (I connected the cord to it and tried to charge the phone and everything is OK), the USB transmitter itself does not work. At the same time, Bluetooth and wired connections are working, I tried to update the dongle through the application, nothing came out due to constant connection/disconnection. I tried to update the firmware, I managed to do it on the mouse, but not on the dongle, because it does not have a stable connection to the PC, either through the database or through a direct connection. @Razer.Aero
