Hi, a few weeks ago I connected my Viper V2 Pro, everything was working fine, until it asked me to update the firmware. After that, I used it with the dongle and suddenly it stopped working; Windows doesn't even recognize it. What could I do?

I understand that your Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle stopped working after the firmware update and that Windows no longer recognizes it when using the dongle.
To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm whether the problem occurs only when using the dongle, or does it also happen when you connect the mouse in wired mode?
