My new headphones arrived 5 days ago. I had been using them normally, but today when I went to play, they wouldn't connect. They only work via USB and Bluetooth, but not with the dongle. I thought it was a problem with the dongle's configuration, but when I connected it to the phone, it worked perfectly.

It's a problem with my PC, but I couldn't find any way to make it recognize it.

Hi iboxandres,

I understand that your Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed dongle does not work on your PC this issue is likely with computer, not the headset or dongle. Let try to isolate and fix the problem.

1. Test your dongle into different USB ports (front/back, USB 2.0 vs 3.0)
2. Avoid USB hubs or front panel ports if possible; try a direct port on the motherboard (back of the PC).
3. Make sure to update your headset’s firmware by following the steps here.
4. Download and reinstall your headset drivers.
5. If the same problem persists, test the headset on different computer.

Feel free to PM me with your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. All the best!
