My DPI is not changing, even i change it in Razer Synapse

So, i have been trying to fix this for a while, but i have just been making more mess. So, even if i change the DPI from my mouse buttons (the ones that are meant to change it), it doesnt change, but it still shows, it would have changed. Same in the app. Could someone please help me?

    Which Razer mouse would you happen to have, and does this happen only when in games? Do you mind putting up a screenshot of your DPI levels on Synapse?
