my electra v2 doesn't give me a activation code.
i bought a lectra v2 and it not give me a activation code so i can activate que surround 7.1 why?

The system only generates 7.1 Surround codes for Kraken X and Kraken 2019. Also, please note that code generation for Surround Pro has been discontinued.
