my fking big problem with razer black shark v2 x

It was perfect in 2 or 3 first days but I didn't change anything or update i shut down my pc and tomorrow it sucks the bass of headsets is so bad and volume is so low and my mother board is b760 plus wifi tuf gaming ddr5 and I check every setting from enhancement to change the audio driver realtek or high definition I don't know what am I do now [[[[[[I don't have any problem with my laptop]]]]]]]]] just in my system
