My goliathus RGB mousepad only works near the plug but the rest of the lighting tubes wont light up...

My goliathus RGB mousepad only works near the plug but the rest of the lighting tubes wont light up… I bought this quite some time ago, is this something that can be fixed?

 

Really sad that it doesnt light up like the rest of my Razor keyboard, mouse and headset :(

    The light will be naturally brighter at the areas of nearest to the connector. You can also try updating your device’s firmware. Feel free to send me a message via PM if you need further assistance.
