My hammerhead IOS dont work help


So I bought my hammerheads back in October 2018 and they worked fine I always kept them in the protective case when not using them. I woke up this morning was about to leave for work and after I had plugged them into my phone I just got an error message saying 'this accessory is not supported by this device' I tried unplugging them and trying again but the same message popped up, reinstalled the software with no luck and then turned my phone off and on again nothing.

Hi there! Have you tried using it with another iPhone to see if the same error comes up? If you haven't, please do and let me know how it goes.

Hi yes I have tried, with two other phones and the same error message comes up on both devices.

New Hi I cant find the serial number

You should be able to find the serial on the box as well as on the tag on the Hammerhead itself. You can use this link to PM me.
