Hi community, I need your help. I just bought the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless 2021 today and noticed that there is a significant battery difference despite it being charged to full. I already tried the method recommended by Razer Support but to no avail.
A difference of 2 to 3% is fine for me however it is concerning that there is a huge difference when I just bought it today. Is it a glitch, factory defect, or a firmware bug?
any update on this? im also having a bad battery drain on the right pair.
I'm actually having the same issue, the other bud, drains faster, after I firmware update it.
I also have a problem. After 10 min of using my power on the left bud is drained by 60%.

I’ve similar issue and i checked the for the warranty...it suppose to have 2 years warranty coverage however my warranty now only 1 and half years and the official page stated my warranty is now out of coverage. May i know any other way i can do?
