So I bought a new razer hanbo 240mm aio from amazon and when I tried hooking it up to my pc, I noticed that the fan controller cable that goes from the hanbo pump to the motherboard is a 3 pin instead of 4 pin. I am also in need of the AM5 adapter mounting brqacket. I’ve tried getting in contact with support for months now and still can’t get past the ‘’submit’’ screen when introducing my product’s serial number. What am I supposed to do now? Considering switching all my peripherals to another brand, I’ve had problems with many of my razer products, always having to troubleshoot them, broken synapse software. I’m done!

My Hanbo 240 aio came with a 3 pin cable connector to the motherboard cpu fan header. Tried contacting support but can't get past the ''submit'' screen.
