Hello, my Razer Hyperspeed V2 headphones are not connecting to the dongle and I don't know how to solve the problem.

I understand you’re experiencing connectivity issues between your Razer headset and the dongle, preventing them from establishing a connection. Here are some steps to resolve the connection issue. 

1. Ensure that the dongle is firmly connected to the USB port. Try different ports to isolate the problem.
2. Update the firmware on your headset if it is on the list.
3. Download and run the Pairing Utility of your headset. If your device is not listed, skip this step.
3. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.
