everything is in the title, i am just missing that format options, i would like to change it to a higher audio quality

my headphones are only showing one audio output settings, format 1 channel 16 bit 16000 hz and nothing else its supposed to go up to 64 i have the v2 bt kitty headset
and when connecting recently the headset takes a bit to actually show up in the sound options, it shows its connected via bluetooth but then i cant choose it as a sound option for a bit
