After a year of use, it has robotic audio and I can barely hear it, I've already opened support here and I don't know how to request its warranty, can someone help me, I love my headset but this way my friends don't understand me and I can't play. ..

It happens in all apps? Even when you run local Windows Voice record app?


yes yes, I have 2 black sharks and only this one has this problem, I spoke to support but so far I have had no response


I’d do further testing - both on USB and 3.5 mm mini-jack - is it the same result?

Also if you have the same headsets, just swap the microphone between them and check - maybe you’ll get an answer is it microphone fault only or headset issue.
