I'll tell you what's going on and i'm willing to get some answers coz this is getting all the more weird for me

I've just bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition with the razio audio usb controller included in the device.

When i first put the jack cable in the slot it was playing fine without any problems and the sound was pretty good also, however when i put the usb audio controller and downloaded the Razer Synaps App i couldn't hear anything than the calls and chat operation supported by the mic.

In sounds settings all speakers are appeared in the sound card settings as well as it seems that works in the programme too.

I also have an activation code with Download 7.1 surround programme but it's compatible only for Windows 10 64-bit operating system.

I don't know what's going wrong so please if you can help me just let me know,
