hi! so i bough my Razer Blackshark v2 Pro probably less than a month ago on my local shop called “worten”.
and it’s been really nice it has been doing its job like it is supposed to, until i plug it to charge and now i don’t know what happened, but it plays a buzzzz sound everytime it is on. when i change the audio equalizer is stops for a bit and starts again so I'm guessing it is only on the sound discs ( don't know the exact term sorry!) and i’ve tried to look for a way to factory reset it but i am not sure i found it..
any idea what i can do? thank you so much!!
