My headset registered in already?!?!?!?


i bought My BlackShark v2 x  headset a week ago and i wanted to use 7.1 surround sound but when i try to register my new headset it said  “this product already registered” . my problem is i not registered my new headset and i can’t….

I’d return the headset. Probably it’s fake.

I’d get next one from more viable source.
