I bought my Razer headset on AliExpress. When I tried to register my product, a message appeared saying that the product had already been registered.

My headset was registred by other one.

I suggest you take advantage of your warranty from the seller, since we cannot remove the device from the previous account. To ensure the authenticity of your purchase, please buy Razer products from authorized Razer resellers. This guarantees that you receive a genuine device. Please be aware that products purchased from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Take care for now!
