I don't really understand what happened. Im using the OEM cord, it was plugged into my desktop, not an extender or a USB hub. The cord literally fell out of the housing. The usb is melted into the keyboard.

This is my only actually attempt at help. Razer customer service is tryin to give you every route other than an email to contact them by...
Can anyone help me find a way to contact razer?? Also, has anyone else dealt with this???
