my huntsman v3 pro mini doesn't have adjustable actuation point, setting


my huntsman v3 pro mini doesn’t have adjustable actuation point setting in synapse, I dont know why and I have tried searching everywhere to figure it out, I can’t find out why I don’t have this setting and it’s making me mad. Can anyone respond and help me out?

@FiszPL when I try to firmware update, and it says “plug in the keyboard to your pc” i tried everything unplugging and plugging it back in but nothing works, I don’t know why.

Maybe something wrong with the drivers or other software problem. But I’d uninstall Synapse first with its all peripheral drivers:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
