my huntsman v3 tkl is not working compleatly

its been a month…. help me… if i plag it in, rgb, key, all the features are not working. please help me

 

edit:i’ve realized that when the ynapse was closed,its working….how do i fix this

Try to repair your Synapse software by following the steps below:

 

1. On your “Desktop”, click “Start” and search for “apps & features”.

2. Look for Razer Synapse 3, click on it and select “Modify”.

3. A user account control pop-up window will appear, select “Yes”.

4. Click on “REPAIR”.

5. Wait for the installation to complete.

6. Restart your PC.

 

If that didn’t work, then drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
