HI all, My HyperSpeed USB dongle shows as “Unknown USB Device” I try everthing and nothing works.
I'm trying to connect using Razer Assist (web chat), but it's impossible! I've been in different queues for 4 hours, and I always end up in the same situation... when I'm first in the queue, it times out and I have to start over.
And I have another problem: according to my inventory, the purchase date is incorrect and I can't change it. I've uploaded a screenshot of the purchase. How can I request that this be corrected?
