my keyboard function 0 desen't but the rest is working

i dont know why bue mu number 0 on the keypad doesn't work but the rest of the fonction ) and ] fonction o dont know how to fix this

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V3 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. Feel free to reach out via PM along with your device’s serial number if you need further assistance.
